About Stephanie
Stephanie is a published author and poet who indulges in themes of paradox, existentialism, desire, and somatics. She is also a Creative Consultant who materializes clients’ visions through exceptional marketing strategies, website design, and copywriting services.
She hosts creative writing workshops and 1:1 somatic coaching that guide people back to the poetry of their bodies. She has a Bachelor’s of Art in Creative Writing & Philosophy from Roosevelt University (2014) and a certificate in MindBody Therapy from Embodied Philosophy (2022).
